The short version

Vivi gives you an AI opinion on your outfit: a score and suggestions. It’s guidance for fun and confidence, not professional advice. By using the Vivi app or getvivi.app you agree to these terms. Vivi is provided by BOMAU LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”).

Using Vivi

You may use Vivi for personal, lawful purposes. Only submit photos you have the right to share, and don’t submit photos of other people without their permission or any sexual, violent or illegal content. Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may limit or suspend access that abuses it.

Your photos and the AI

You keep all rights to your photos. To score an outfit, the photo is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently OpenAI), with your permission, and then discarded; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to it. Scores and tips are generated by a model, may be wrong or inconsistent, and should not be relied on for anything important.

Vivi Pro subscriptions

Vivi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them for in-app purchases.

If we change the price, Apple or Google will tell you in advance and, where the law or their rules require it, ask for your consent before the new price applies.

Founding memberships

Founding memberships bought on our website are one-time purchases that grant the access described at checkout. They are processed by Stripe. A founding member unlocks the app with the access code we provide.

App store terms

If you got Vivi from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. Where those terms and these conflict about your use of the app, the store’s terms win.

No warranty, limited liability

Vivi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a score, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Using Vivi after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using Vivi at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
